Let's talk about your store Explore the scope ↓

Give the product a proper introduction.

A customer cannot pick it up, turn it over or ask someone behind the counter. Your store has to fill in the gaps. What does it do? Which version is right? What will delivery cost? The answers deserve as much care as the brand.

We bring ecommerce design, development and content into one brief. From a small product launch to a store redesign, we plan the shop around your catalogue, the people buying and the team who will manage the orders.

Original studio artwork. An imagined product, exploring the shopping experience.

A shop with character.
And clear answers.

01

A catalogue people can navigate.

Collections, categories and product naming that reflect how customers shop. We plan search and filtering around the size of your range, with linked category and product pages that people and search engines can find.

02

Product pages that do the work.

A considered home for images, variants, dimensions, materials or ingredients, depending on what you sell. We bring the practical details, delivery information and returns terms into the decision, alongside the story.

03

A checkout to follow through.

A cart and checkout journey shaped around your platform, markets and fulfilment setup. Payment availability, currency, shipping rules and tax configuration need confirming before we choose the technical approach.

04

A store your team can run.

Agree on who manages stock, products, promotions and orders, then build around that workflow. Launch checks can cover test orders, confirmation emails and agreed analytics, with a handover for the parts your team owns.

Follow one product.
All the way through.

Choose a representative product and a real delivery destination. A short walkthrough can reveal more about the scope than a long feature wish list.

  1. Choose it.

List the details needed to buy confidently: imagery, price, size, colour, ingredients or specifications. Decide how unavailable variants and stock changes should appear.

  2. Get it there.

Write down the markets you serve, dispatch times, delivery options and returns process. Confirm which payment methods and currencies your business can actually accept.

  3. Run the order.

Trace an order from payment to confirmation, picking, dispatch and support. Identify who handles each step and which systems need to share the information.

What's in the shop?
Let's start there.

A brief you can actually finish ↗
  1. How many products and variants are there, and which details help customers choose between them?
  2. Where will you sell and deliver, and which payment, inventory and fulfilment tools are already in place?
  3. Is this a new store or a migration, and which URLs, product data and customer journeys need to carry forward?

A direction,
made visible.

A self-initiated studio concept that explores some of these decisions. An imagined business, with the design thinking explained.

Which ecommerce platform should we use?

The recommendation follows the requirements: catalogue size, markets, payment eligibility, fulfilment, editing and ongoing costs. We review those together before choosing a hosted store, an existing platform or a more custom approach. A platform name alone is not a complete scope.

Can you redesign or migrate an existing store?

Yes. We first review the catalogue, content, URLs and systems that need to continue working. The migration plan defines what moves, what changes, redirects, data responsibilities and how orders will be tested before launch. Customer and order data require a specific, agreed handling plan.

Can you help with product copy and launch content?

Yes. We can plan product descriptions, image direction, collection copy and campaign landing pages as part of the project. You supply and approve the underlying facts, including product claims, specifications, pricing and policies.

Can the store take payments in Jamaica and internationally?

That depends on your business registration, platform, payment provider and intended markets. We check provider eligibility, settlement currency, fees and supported integrations during discovery. We do not promise a payment setup before those requirements are confirmed.
